Registered Users, Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
Becoming a Registered User
You may register as a Viewer or Filmmaker user on ZeeZome. To register, submit your email address and create a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
Your ZeeZome monthly subscription will continue month to month until you cancel your subscription. You must have Internet access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment to use the ZeeZome subscription service. We will bill the subscription fee to your payment method. You must quit your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next period’s subscription fees to your payment method.
By starting your ZeeZome subscription, you authorize us to charge you a subscription fee.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms & Conditions, any price changes to your service will take effect following email notice to you.
The subscription fee for our service will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your subscription until you cancel your subscription. We automatically bill your payment method monthly on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your subscription. Subscription fees are fully earned upon payment. We reserve the right to change the timing of our billing, in particular, as indicated below, if your payment method has not successfully settled. In the event your subscription begins on a day not contained in a given month, we may bill your payment method on a day in the applicable month or such other day as we deem appropriate. For example, if you started your ZeeZome monthly subscription or membership plan on January 31st, your next payment date is likely to be February 28th, and your Payment method would be billed on that date. Your renewal date may change due to changes in your subscription.
Payments are non refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.
You may edit your payment method information by visiting our website and clicking on “Subscription“ under settings. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not edit your payment method information or cancel your account, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing the payment method, as it may be updated. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates. For certain payment methods, the issuer of your payment method may charge you a foreign transaction fee or other charges. Check with your payment method service provider for details.
You may cancel your ZeeZome subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the ZeeZome services until the end of your billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. To cancel, go to the “Subscription“ section under Account and Settings in your ZeeZome profile. If you cancel, your subscription will automatically terminate at the end of your current billing period.
Minors may only use the service under the supervision of an adult.
The ZeeZome service and any content accessed through the service are for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your household unless otherwise allowed by your subscription plan. During your ZeeZome membership we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the ZeeZome service and ZeeZome content. Except for the foregoing, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public performances.
You agree to:
(i) not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative any content from the ZeeZome service;
(ii) circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade, block, obscure or thwart any of the content protections or other elements of the ZeeZome service, including the graphical user interface, copyright notices, and trademarks;
(iii) use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the ZeeZome service;
(iv) decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the ZeeZome service;
(v) insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the ZeeZome service in any way;
(vi) use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method;
(vii) upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the ZeeZome service, including any software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs.
The quality of the display of the ZeeZome content may vary from device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your Internet connection. HD, Ultra HD and HDR availability is subject to your Internet service and device capabilities. Not all content is available in all formats, such as HD, Ultra HD and HDR, and not all subscription plans allow you to receive content in all formats. The time it takes to begin watching ZeeZome content will vary based on a number of factors, including your location, available bandwidth at the time, the content you have selected and the configuration of your ZeeZome ready device.
Passwords and Account Access
Your password is for your personal use only and should be kept confidential. If you allow others to access the account (which includes access to information on viewing activity for the account), you agree that such individuals are acting on your behalf and that you are bound by any changes that they may make to the account, including but not limited to changes to the subscription plan. To help maintain control over the account and to prevent any unauthorized users from accessing the account, you should maintain control over the devices that are used to access the service and not reveal the password or details of the Payment Method associated with the account to anyone. You agree to provide and maintain accurate information relating to your account, including a valid email address so we can send you account related notices. We can terminate your account or place your account on hold in order to protect you, ZeeZome or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.
We will send you information relating to your account (e.g. payment authorizations, invoices, changes in password or Payment Method, confirmation messages, notices) in electronic form only, for example via emails to your email address provided during registration.
